Most loan programs
require that we verify your employment history. Many of the major
employer's subscribe to a automated employment verification service
called "The Work Number For Everyone." If your employer is part of this
system we will need a salary key #. You can research on the internet to
determine your companies participation at www.theworknumber.com. If
your companies name is listed on the work number for everyone web site
then you will need to obtain an employee I.D.# from your employer. With
your employee I.D.# please call 1-800-367-2884 to get your salary key
#. Please do not worry if this is confusing. We will help you at our
meeting.

Purchasing your new
home will most likley be your largest single lifetime investment. We at
Allied would like to help you properly prepare for your initial
mortgage loan appointment so we created this site just for your loan

general list of items needed for your appointment and a "map to allied"

One of the most
critical aspects of the mortgage loan process is the validation of
employment and rental data information. If possible if you can obtain
the phone #, fax # and email address of the person or department that
can verify your employment history for the last 2 years. This would
include current and all past jobs within the last 2 years. Also if you
presently rent or have within the last 2 years we will need the name
& phone #'s of your landlord for the last 2 years. IF possible
