PURCHASE. ANY NEW CREDIT CHECKS BY OTHER PARTIES MAY ALSO AFFECT YOUR
CREDIT SCORE WHICH COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT YOUR APPROVAL

ALLIED CAN NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CLOSING DATE. PLEASE HAVE A

YOU MAY WISH TO LOCK YOUR INTEREST RATE DURING THE LOAN

BANKSTATEMENT ,etc.) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KEEP A COPY FOR YOUR SELF
JUST IN CASE OF THE REMOTE POSSIBILITY THAT ALLIED WERE TO MISPLACE
