
GENERAL INFORMATION TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Landlord name & phone # for the last 2 years (see above link to complete the form "rental verification")
Employer's address, phone # (to verify your employment), fax
# (to verify your employment) & email address ( to verify your
employment) of all employers for the last 2 years (see above link to
complete form "employment verification") IF you do not have access to
all information requested just get together all that you can
Most recent 30 days paystubs. Internet statements ok (Need
company name & borrower name on statements) Some smaller companies
may not have the detailed information required. We will discuss at your
appointment how to document propertly
All checking account & savings accounts statements from
all bank accounts for the most recent 2 months of bank statements. If
you bank online a 60 day printout is acceptable but needs to have your
name and account # on the printout. You may also get a 60 day printout
directly from your bank. Must be stamped & signed by bank employee.
All stock, mutual funds or any other type of financial asset
acocunt statement for the last 60 days. internet printouts are
acceptable with the name & account # on the printout. ( if can only
get 30 days of activity printouts this is ok in most cases)
Most recent retirement account statement (401k,IRA ect...)
Internet printout is ok (must have name and account # on the statement)
All child support orders signed by the judge
All final divorce decrees signed by the judge
If receive child support income will need proof of payment
for the last 12 months ( a printout from the attorney general, copy of
child support check receipts, or the last 12 months bank statements to
show deposited child support payments.)
If your job is just relocating to the area will need a copy of your relocation agreement
If have not been employed for the last 2 years but were in
college during the last 2 years will need college transcripts, diplomas
or other proof of being in college going back 2 years
Tax returns for the last 2 years (all schedules)
All w-2's/1099's from employer's/contractor's for the last 2 years
If self employed depending of the type of self employment will
need business tax returns,k-1's, balances sheets, & year to date
profit & loss statements ect...
Lease agreements for all leased properties. ( If leasing current homestead will need copy of lease.)
If recently sold your home will need a copy of the HUD-1 settlement statement
Notes receivable income such as owner finaced property
If had a bankruptcy within the last 10 years with need the
initial bk filing(include the schedule of creditors) & the
discharge papers. If have been in a chapter 13 bk within the last 2
years will need a printout from the bk trustee showing your pay history
of the repayment plan
If have been with a consumer counseling program (CCCS) in the
last 2 years will need the most recent 12 month pay history letter form
the plan administrator & the initial plan filing paper work.
If Veteran will need your DD-214 & Certificate of Elgibility.(We will order for you if you do not have your Certificate)
If you are active duty military we will need to get a "Statement Of Service" from your commanding officer.
If receive retirement, disability or social security income will need your awards letter (gives benefit terms)
If you have an executed Sales Contract we will need a copy.
If you have an executed Sales Contract & you know who you
will use for your Home Owners Insurance please bring the name, phone #
& fax # of your insurance agent
If have a accepted Sales Contract will need from $350 to $425
for property appraisal. ( If investment property cost to be determined)
If have an accepted Sales Contrtact will need a copy of your
personal check , money order or cashiers check for you earnest money
(Funds given to Title Company upfront to hold your home in good faith)
$0.00 to $55.00 at time of loan appointment for your credit report. ( Amount depends on the loan program)
Copy of drivers license and social security card
If non US citizen will need greencard/visa
For refinace loans only. Will need Deed of Trust, Deed of
Trust Note, HUD-1 Settlement Statement,( You may bring your original
closing documents with you and we will get the above for you) Also if
you can bring your Homeowners Insurance Policy & Mortgage Payment
Statement.

that it is critical to get complete information from the borrower to
insure the best rates and programs are available. Please remember that
this is a general list for all programs and not all of the above are
requiremnts that pertain to you. Bring what information you can and we
will answer all your questions at the time of your appointment. We at
